We can give you peace of mind by developing a scheduled playscape maintenance programme, with specialised Warrant of Fitness (WOF) assessments for your playscape.
Our WOF visits will provide you with an assessment and subsequent recommendations to resolve immediate problems, but also highlights potential issues, allowing them to be budgeted for in advance. Early identification and resolution of maintenance issues will help you to retain control over the exterior budget.
Your individual WOF will assess and monitor, under the NZ Standard 5828:2004:
- Equipment, fixed and moveable
- Lawn health
- Plant and garden health
- Sandpits, sand level and quality
- Soft fall
- Fencing, gates and security
- Hard surfaces, decks and paths
- Shade sails
